ok i honestly dont remeber where i learned this from or if i even learned this from here so if u find it on hear dont be a hater cause i forgot
but i mad a bootable flashdrive out of it and i downloaded what i needed from www.nirsoft.net and i went to the section call password tools, there you will find a bunch of programs about retriving passwords of all kinds.
look for one called webbrowserpasswordviewer http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/web_browser_password.html
so what you can do is go on your victims computer and run the program and copy down the password
(note that the victim must have passwords saved on there computer to work)
what u can also do is put it on a usb drive and make it bootable ... ill upload a file and put the link on here of mine very shortly
